Maybe not now, maybe not today, but as soon as you are able, make yourself a cup of coffee or some tea, set aside 9 minutes and 46 seconds of undisturbed time and watch this wonderful presentation by best selling author and speaker Andy Andrews. Then if you have to rush off to do whatever it is you have to do, then go and do it. But meditate throughout the day what the Butterfly Effect means for you, how you matter, and what you do matters, matters, matters.

Oh, Ruben...
For once in my life I truly am SPEECHLESS.
I'm going to ask my kids to watch this.
This is just incredible and should be shown in EVERY classroom...
THANK YOU!!
Lisa
Well, I have no immediate words at this moment because if I attempted to write something here, it would end up being too long. This coincides almost EERILY with what I heard, saw and felt yesterday during the "Life Celebration" I attended. It's time for me to write my post. I will make an attempt to gather my thoughts that will seem like a particle of dust to me after seeing this remarkable presentation, but hey, anytime we try to flap our wings, something DOES happen. Maybe the concept of fairy dust really is true.

Amazing! Thank you...

Indeed, dear Ruben. I am thankful to you for posting this.
I am blessed and honored to know you and Anita. You live your lives with this knowledge, with this consciousness. What an inspiration...I agree that this should be shown in classrooms.
There is a lovely children's book called "Because Brian Hugged His Mother"...everything, and everyone matters.

The little ripples can create a major change...
Dear Ruben, because of you today, another link has been added to the circle..joining many hearts and minds, and proving yet again..yes we all matter, and even little gestures, seeingly insignificant to some, become huge. Thank you for presenting this. I will think differently tomorrow..perhaps from here on..Blessings my friend, Christel
Hello Ruben
I am your new follower.
I am Anita's friend through blogging.
Thank you for this wonderful video on the Butterfly Effect. It is so true. It reminds me of the Circle of Life and the Celtic symbol of eternity.
It proves that our little acts of goodness, which often take very little effort can mean so much in the butterfly effort. One of my favourite expressions is "all you can do is all you can do and all you can do is enough".
Thank you again for posting this.

Hello Ruben
I came over from dearest Anita's blog, and how glad I did.
I work as a volunteer for the Riding for Disabled Association. I think this presentation is just what RDA could use to show people how they can really make a difference.
Thank you so much for sharing this.
Your latest follower, Abby :)
Wow Ruben, what a message. I finally had the time to sit and watch this, it definitely needed that quiet space to study the message. A message which deep down we all know, but need reminding of. A message which is recurring throughout time. It reminds me of George Bailey in A Wonderful Life. We all leave an impression on others and without us, as tiny individuals, the world would be different. The lives we touch leaves an impression we don't even realise.
Meeting you through Anita has bestowed the Butterfly Effect on me. You made me watch this, that is the Ruben Effect.
Spread the message dear Ruben.
Happy day to you!

Do you mean to tell me Ruben that I matter?
What an important thought to ponder and fly with.
~Jackie~
butterfly wings ready for flight over here... thank you for yours...and sharing theirs! inspirational!
Thank you Ruben. What a wonderful Preacher and/or speaker He is.I will ponder the concept and even have my hubby watch the video.I know He-Paul knows the concept already but the presentation was worth anyone listening to.Denise
So amazing this video, and so in tune with what enlightened masters are saying and teaching. All things are connected and all life is truly one, even if we are not really grasping the reality of it, even if we feel separate and even isulated sometimes. It puts quite a responsibility on us - what is it, our butterfly wings are flapping around today, little seeds of something good? I do a little meditation every day, to be more centered and connected with my true self and hope to spread mostly love!
Ruben:
Thank you for sharing this! I watched the whole thing and it reinforces exactly what Jesus tells us... go and be a shining light! DO GOOD, plant seeds, even if we never see the seeds sprout into full bloom. We are responsible to live what we know is right. God gave each of us a certain amount of days, and in every day the choices are up to us. He didn't create puppets, but people with hearts and minds and free will. For me, it reminds me again to BE and DO what HE has asked of me. The funny thing is, and it's the bottom line... when I do it HIS way, it is never wrong, and I am the one who is blessed the most!
Blessings Ruben... thanks for sharing this!

Just over from Wendy's blog ... so glad I found you!
Thank you so much for this, Ruben. So powerful and amazing. Sometimes we feel so insignificant and doubt our purpose, or the importance of others. I'll return to this again and again.
Hugs,
Patti
